Crewters provides recruitment support solutions, including but not limited to:
- Culture-fit and skills evaluation
- Background verification
- Pre-vetted talent shortlists
- Recruitment process assistance
Specific service details will be defined in your proposal, order form, or service agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate role descriptions, requirements, and supporting information.
- Use Crewters’ deliverables (e.g., candidate shortlists, reports) only for internal hiring purposes.
- Keep your account credentials and shared documents secure.
- Pay service fees as agreed in your invoice or contract.
4. Fees & Payment
- Fees are communicated in advance via proposal or invoice.
- All payments must be made in the agreed currency and within the specified timeline.
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.
- Taxes, duties, and applicable charges are the Client’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.
5. Intellectual Property
- Crewters owns all intellectual property rights in tools, processes, reports, and materials created, except for candidate-provided documents (e.g., resumes).
- Clients are granted a non-exclusive, limited right to use deliverables for recruitment and HR purposes only.
6. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
- Crewters handles candidate and client data in compliance with data protection standards and our Privacy Policy.
- Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding shared information.
- Crewters will not disclose information to third parties except when legally required or with written consent.
7. Service Limitations & Disclaimer
- Crewters makes no guarantee of specific hiring outcomes or candidate performance.
- Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
- We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Liability
- Crewters shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
- Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to Crewters in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as per the service agreement.
- Crewters reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms, including non-payment or misuse of services.
